To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, if she will fund a major retrofit programme for energy efficiency; and if she will make a statement.

This Government is committed to delivering a long-term, coherent, and sustainable framework for household energy efficiency. By April 2015, around 1.5 million energy efficiency measures were installed in well over a million properties with the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) delivering 97%. As part of this commitment we have extended ECO from March 2015 to 2017.
