Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether estate agents are classified as key workers for the purposes of the Government's response to the covid-19 pandemic.

Estate agents are not currently classified as key workers. All estate agency workers should work from home wherever possible to support their existing clients, and follow Government guidelines on hygiene and social distancing.
