Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will issue guidance to court users on the appropriateness of the use of the term victim to describe a complainant in a court case at the pre-conviction stage of proceedings.
This question was answered on 29th June 2015
The Ministry of Justice has no current plans to issue such guidance.
