Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how the draft recommendations and principles of the Timms Review may lead to changes in policy and practice, particularly around how assessment criteria, assessor guidance and training, and the application form may change.
The Timms Review will report its final recommendations to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions in late autumn. It will then be for the Secretary of State to consider the findings, before deciding any changes.
