To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what discussions she has had with the National Police Chiefs’ Council on the handling of video evidence of suspected Hunting Act offences.

Enforcement of offences under the Hunting Act is a matter for the police, the Crown Prosecution Service and the courts.
