Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what his plans are for the reform of leaseholds related to properties with two households in one building where the freehold is held by one owner; and if he will make a statement.

The Government has no plans to put in place reforms in this situation.
