Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many corporate bodies have been prosecuted under the Bribery Act 2010.
This question was answered on 13th June 2016
The Bribery Act came into force on 1 July 2011. To date there has been one corporate prosecution.
