Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will place in the Library a copy of the Project Rose outline business case.

No business case for Project Rose has yet been prepared.

Any such business case would be withheld as its disclosure would prejudice commercial interests, but, of course, would be the subject of the Department's normal approval processes.
