Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the rate of utilisation was of each magistrates' court in the latest year for which figures are available.
This question was answered on 2nd July 2015
It has not been possible to answer this question in the time allowed. Utilisation data for magistrates’ courts is undergoing consistency checks. In order to provide the most current data available, I will write to the honourable member shortly.
