Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to page 12 of the Memorandum for the Ministry of Defence Main Estimate 2023-24, for what reason his Department transferred £4.955 million to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
