Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what estimate he has made of the (a) forecasted cost and (b) actual cost to date of the Bowman ComBAT Infrastructure and Platform (BCIP) 5.6.
This question was answered on 8th September 2021
At Main Gate Business Case approval, the Bowman ComBAT Infrastructure and Platform (BCIP) 5.6 upgrade was estimated to cost £164.6 million. Actual expenditure at the end of July 2021 was £163.1 million, with a future estimated spend of £91.2K. This gives a total of £163.2 million.
