Question to the Department for International Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, what proportion of Open Individual Export Licence (OIEL) applications are not concluded after 120 working days as of 20 July 2022; and what estimate she has made of when Racal Acoustics Limited will receive a response to its OIEL application.

Of the Open Individual Export Licence (OIEL) applications completed between 1^st January 2021 and 31^st March 2022 - the latest date for which licensing statistics have been published - 73.5% of OIEL applications were concluded within 120 working days. All other applications will be concluded as quickly as possible.
