Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, for what reason his Department has not yet published the Rail Network Enhancements Pipeline.

We need to ensure that the rail projects that we take forward reflect demand whilst remaining affordable. It is important that we are able to provide as much clarity and certainty as possible and the forthcoming RNEP update will do so.
