Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what plans she has to use local authorities to help procure accommodation for asylum seekers.

The Home Office is working closely with a range of stakeholders to fulfil its statutory obligations, while reducing the overall cost of asylum accommodation for the taxpayer.
