Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 17 May 2021 to Question 2404, whether the UK Government continues to provide assistance to the ANDSF; and how the UK Government has helped increase the capabilities of the ANDSF since 17 May 2021.

We are proud of the work British and allied forces have done in the last two decades alongside the Afghan National Defence and Security Forces, equipping them and developing their capability.
We will no longer provide funding to Afghan security institutions, redirecting this to humanitarian efforts which benefit the Afghan people
We will now use every diplomatic and humanitarian lever at our disposal to restore stability to Afghanistan.
