Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether messaging data was lost as a consequence of Morgan McSweeney's phone being stolen but not (a) backed up and (b) stored in the cloud; and whether his Department holds information on foreign involvement in the theft.
