Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether the nature restoration fund levy will be subject to economic viability assessments; and whether other development levies will take in account the cost of the nature restoration fund levy in their own viability assessments.
