Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what steps he is taking to engage with Local Resilience Forums on the effect of easing lockdown measures on the ability of public services to prepare for business as normal after the covid-19 outbreak.

All Local Resilience Forums (LRFs) have a dedicated Government Liaison Officer from MHCLG who provides a direct line of contact into central government. MHCLG engages frequently with all LRFs to discuss the Covid-19 response and will continue to work with them closely following the Prime Minister’s statement of 10 May 2019 on the next phase.
