Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what her timeline is for the replacement of Action Fraud with an improved national fraud and cybercrime reporting system.

City of London Police are designing and procuring the new service, working with the Home Office and the City of London Corporation. The invitation to tender closed at the end of August 2021 and we expect the contract will be awarded toward the end of 2022 with the new system going live from 2024
