Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what assessment he has made of the effect of the 2014 taking control of goods reform of bailiff law.

The Ministry of Justice is finalising a post implementation review of the 2014 bailiff law reforms. We will make a decision on publication in due course.
