Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether he plans to make changes to his Department's guidance on the Bribery Act 2010 and facilitation payments and hospitality.
This question was answered on 2nd July 2015
The Ministry of Justice have kept the Bribery Act Guidance under review since it was published in 2011. There are no plans to revise or replace the existing guidance.
