Question to the Department for Science, Innovation & Technology:

To ask the Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology, whether Building Digital UK has offered apprenticeships in each year since it was set up.

The Civil Service is committed to using apprenticeships to break down barriers to opportunity, support skills development and deliver more effective public services.

Building Digital UK has only made use of apprentices in its workforce since becoming an Executive Agency in April 2022, since when it has offered apprenticeships every year.
