Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the Answer of 28 March 2023 to Question 169207 on Armed Forces: Housing, how many and what proportion of the 154 Service Family Accommodation properties not allocated due to damp and mould issues in December 2022 (a) have been allocated and (b) are ready for allocation to families.

Of the 154 Service Family Accommodation properties not allocated due to damp and mould in December 2022;

28 or18%, are occupied by families

Five or 3%, have been allocated to families and await move in

The remaining 121 or 79% of properties either have routine works scheduled; are being handed back to Annington Property Limited or require significant works to make them available for occupation.
