Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, if she will make it her policy that licensing of betting premises with fixed odds betting terminals having a maximum stake of more than £10 should be devolved to local authorities in England and Wales.

The Triennial Review of Stakes and Prizes is due to be published shortly, and will consider stakes and prizes of all gaming machines.
