Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 3 April 2025 to Question 42254 on Licensing Laws, whether licensed premises must apply for variations to their licence to continue to serve alcohol within the curtilage of a pavement licence area.

I refer the Hon Member to the Written Ministerial Statement I made to the House on 27 February.
