Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what estimate he has made of the number of subsequent offences committed by defendants on bail while awaiting trial in each of the last five years.

The number of subsequent offences committed by defendants on bail in each of the last five years can be viewed in the table below:
