Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of defendants who appear in video-linked first court hearings from police custody (a) plead guilty, (b) plead not guilty and (c) are arrested on warrant.

The information requested could only be obtained at a disproportionate cost.
