To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what plans he has for reform of industrial sector strategies; and if he will make a statement.

My Rt hon Friend the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills will work closely with industry and businesses to understand their needs and what more the Government can do to retain the UK’s competitive position within the global economy. The Secretary of State will be inviting industry leaders to discuss industrial approach at the end of July 2015.
