Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, pursuant to the Answer of 21 July 2016 to Question 42974, when the written responses from external stakeholders on child maintenance service charges will be made available.

There are currently no plans to publish the written responses stakeholders have submitted for the 30 month review. The feedback from stakeholders will be used to help inform the Department’s response to the review. The findings from the review are expected to be published in early 2017.
