Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will bring forward legislative proposals to include decapod crustaceans in the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986.

The Home Office will be guided by decisions made under the Animal Welfare Act regarding any consideration as to whether decapod crustaceans are regulated under the Animals (Scientific Procures) Act 1986.
