Question to the Department for International Trade:
To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, when her Department expects to publish its action plan in response to the Information Commissioner's Office's enforcement notice issued on the 5 September 2022 regarding Freedom of Information requests.
This question was answered on 7th October 2022
The Department will publish its action plan in line with the requirements of the notice.
