Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to the document by the Regulatory Policy Committee entitled Status of Post Implementation Reviews, published on 24 April 2025, when her Department plans to undertake a post-implementation review of The Town and Country Planning (Permission in Principle) Order 2017.

We will meet the statutory requirement for a review of the Permission in Principle Order 2017.
