The number of two-year-old children with a high level special educational need or disability who benefited from funded early education is published in Table 16LA of the ‘Provision for Children Under 5 years of age’ Statistical First Release: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/education-provision-children-under-5-years-of-age-january-2016

The proportion of two-year-old children with disabilities who are eligible for the early education offer and took up the offer is not available.
