Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many complaints have been made by (a) service personnel and (b) families about Pinnacle’s housing provision since the start of their contract.

Since April 2022 (the In-Service Date of the Future Defence Infrastructure Services Accommodation contracts) 2,598 (approximately 9%) of all complaints received have been about Pinnacle.

Pinnacle provide housing services for Service families, therefore no other complaint data relating to them is held.
