Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether the work undertaken by STS Aviation Group at the Birmingham hanger will include US personnel only areas in order to protect US intellectual property interests with the E-7 Wedgetail.

The details of the specific conversion work and working arrangements for the E-7 Wedgetail programme will be determined by Boeing as the prime contractor, who will ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the relevant legal requirements and contractual terms and conditions.
