Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many (a) assaults on staff (b) assaults on prisoners and (c) self-harm incidents occurred at HMP Bedford in each year since 2010.

The Safety in Custody statistics, including assaults on prison staff and prisoners and self-harm incidents, are published quarterly, and establishment level data are updated annually. The latest bulletin was published on 27 October 2016 and can be found on gov.uk.
