Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many people have been (a) prosecuted and (b) convicted of offences concerning ticket touting under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 in each year since 2009-10.

The number of defendants proceeded against at magistrates courts and found guilty at all courts of offences related to football ticket touting, in England and Wales, since 2009, can be viewed in the Criminal Justice System outcomes by offence data tool on the Criminal Justice Systems Statistics Quarterly (December 2015) page on gov.uk.
