Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many people who were the subject of drug treatment as a condition of a community order breached that order in each of the last four years in (a) England and (b) Wales; and how many such people were subsequently given a custodial sentence.

The information requested is not collected centrally and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
