Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many people who failed to comply with (a) a community order and (b) parole licence terms subsequently received a custodial sentence in (i) England and (ii) Wales in each of the last four years.

The information requested is not collected centrally and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
