Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether his Department's recent shortfall in funding for the Armed Forces Pension Scheme (AFPS) has prohibited AFPS recipients from drawing on their pension.
This question was answered on 16th November 2016
Armed Forces Pension Scheme recipients were not affected by the recent error by Her Majesty's Treasury.
