Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many personal independence payments applicants in Preston had to travel to medical assessments in (a) Preston, (b) South Ribble, (c) Chorley, (d) other local authorities in Lancashire, (e) Merseyside and (f) Greater Manchester in 2014; which venues each such applicant attended; and how many such applicants attended each such venue.
