Question to the Department for Exiting the European Union :

To ask the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, whether his Department has taken out insurance to cover an adverse costs order in relation to the Supreme Court appeal over Article 50.

In line with other Government Departments, the Department for Exiting the European Union will pay its legal costs from its budget.
