We are continuing to work with the football authorities to fully implement the Government's Expert Working Group’s report on Football Supporter Ownership and Engagement, published in January 2016.

Changes to English Football League rules to help Supporters Trusts to bid for insolvent clubs are already in place, as is the requirement from this season that all professional football clubs must meet with a representative group of fans at least twice a year to discuss matters of strategic importance to the running of the club.
