Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 7 April 2025 to Question 40908 on New Towns: Planning Permission, what assessment she has made of the potential implications for her Department's policies of the loss of the 1,300 homes and 30,000sqm of commercial development originally planned by the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation.
