Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, when his Department last had discussions with industry on taking steps to support the transportation of milling wheat for food production.

Defra maintains regular engagement with industry and other Government departments to monitor risks to the food supply. This involves extensive, ongoing collaboration focused on preparedness for, and response to, potential disruptions in food supply chains.
