To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what steps he plans to take in response to the High Court ruling in the judicial review case against the Government brought by UK Music and others.

The Judge has invited both parties to make submissions on what consequences should flow from the judgment and will issue a further ruling in due course. As legal proceedings are ongoing, the Government is unable to offer further comment at this time.
