Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the oral contribution of the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of 28 November 2016, on the risks to RAF personnel of air drops of aid to Aleppo, what assessment he has made of the capacity of drones to undertake such air drops.

Whilst UK military Unmanned Aerial Vehicles do not have a cargo capability, the Ministry of Defence is keeping all options under review.
