The Government regularly engages with transgender organisations to receive feedback and insight into the community. We also listen to testimony and monitor evidence, such as court cases and reports, to improve our understanding and insight.

This is part of our commitment to understand the needs of the transgender community, in order to tackle the discrimination and inequality they face.
