Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what plans he has to introduce legislation to make it an offence to use a digital device to repeatedly locate, listen to or watch a person without a legitimate purpose.

The Government continues to keep the law under review, working with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and the Home Office. There are no current plans to introduce new legislation.
