Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent estimate she has made of the proportion of eligible patients who attended cervical screenings in each of the past five years.
The following table shows the number of eligible patients invited for cervical screening, the number of those tested and the percentage adequately screened in each of the last five years. Data for 2021/22 is due to be published in November 2022.
